HORRIBLE!!! They did the "Keratin" treatment which was a total scam. Paid 110 dollars for my normal curly hair and frizz. Which mind you came back after ONE wash and an extra 30 dollars for a TRIM. They are stealing money from people. Do NOT waste your time. If you speak Russian then you might have a better experience if not do not let these people take your money. They dropped chemical in my eye and took me outside to BLOWDRY my hair! Idiots.

Many of the reviews are from several years ago so here's an update. I have been going to Top Secret ever since Albert purchased the salon. Not only does he Albert provide consistently great cuts and styling, but his staff always gives great service.

The prices are very reasonable. Like many salons they will offer additional services but are never pushy and never offer you something they don't think you need. I also find when I do choose to do an additional service (hair polish, deep conditioning etc), I'm always ecstatic with the results.

If you have any doubt about quality, simply look around at the clientele. Virtually all of us have been going there for many years. I myself have moved 3 times, and have not changed salons.

The Best hair salon in Queens. Both me and my husband are going to Albert's for 7 years and no matter what he does it's always SUPER:) we have tried different places but always came back to Top Secret Salon to fix others mistakes. The prices are affordable, the appointments are flexible and the stuff always will make you feel at home.

Excellant service from everyone in the salon. Albert is very prefessional and an expert at styling hair. You always walk out feeling brand new and fully pampered. I would also like to recommend the great full service nail treatments provided by Nelly and Lisa. Makes for a nice day of pampering in a warm family like setting. Trust me..

The service is ok, the atmosphere is nice, however the owner rips you off. I went in there for two things and I clearly stated that. the owner then said that she will also give me some kind of treatment for my hair without informing of the additional costs. next thing you know she is overcharging me. save the frustration, there are plenty of other good salons. Also, they kept telling me how my highlights are not nice and i should go to them for better service. to all the hair dressers out there please don't do that. don't try to make me feel ugly so you could get my business.
