Top Style Nails Spa

This was the worse experience I ever had. Terrible customer service. They charge extra for nail polish and don't label. I paid 60 for green tea special that includes callous removal and the technician barely scrubbed my feet. When I mentioned it to her she said it was "hard" and she smoothed it out. That's what I paid for, for you to make it not hard!! And to top it off she did not remove the wax from the bottom of my feet and the wax followed me to my car. I forgot to mention she got massage oil all over one pant leg. She was extremely unprofessional. The absolute worse pedicure EVER!!

I went with my daughter to get a mani and pedi on a Sunday we got there at 6pm. While I was getting my pedicure they rush to do my manicure. I DID NOT LIKE THAT!!! I was asked if I wanted to pay before they painted my nails. I paid 90.00 after I paid I gave the lady the color I wanted (you have to pick the color before you sit down). She said "OH THIS COLOR IS AN EXTRA $3.00'' On the display there is no sign that indicates that. Mind you they already ran my credit card. I was so upset that I just got up to check on my daughter. They offered to use a similar color but after I paid $90.00 I want what I want. It's is a nice and clean place but don't let that fool you. I will not be going back!!! Do your research before you go.

Very impressive upon walking in, they have a ton of colors but no one is really friendly. You ask a question and you get the shoulder. Anyway, very CLEAN, which is a plus but I decided to try something new they have... powder color manicure? Never heard of it but figured why not... well, not 4 days later the powder started cracking, lifted on one finger and one actually cracked in half. I called back (1 week later) and told the manicurist my concerns and she explained that if it was a day or two, they would have fixed it but since i was complaining about the whole manicure, i would have to pay again, which I surely will not do after paying 35.00 for the mani to begin with. Not very happy with the customer service and for a new customer, you would think they would try and make someone happy to get the returning business. I guess not. I will not be using this salon again.

horrible...went two weeks ago..pedi was in ice water took about 10 minutes...and i waiting for 45 minutes to have my nails done....since i was in a large group and didnt make the appointment...i gave them another shot today....called on tuesday to make a 10am appointment for a spa pedi (which they did first) .. it was OK..but not SPA caliber...finished with that ... went and waited for a pink and white fill...you guessed at 45 minutes .. i went to the owner and told him just charge me for the pedi..im not waiting anymore....I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN..they need to have priorities....the whole time i sat there no one said a word to me..it was like i was invisible...also might add that while i was waiting one of the girls was doing a mani on another employee...HORRIBLE...may i add i had to give one star to post this other wise i would give -10 stars

I loved how clean there are and how gentle they are with their massages. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I love that you get your own files for you visit and how they line the foot-baths with plastic lining to keep things sanitary. They are a little pricey, but when you think about the materials they use and how often they change the lining and files it's worth it. I'd rather pay more money for cleanliness than less money and possibly end up with a nail infection. The customer service was great along with the service I received. I WILL be going back, and plan to make them my permanent nail salon.
