RUINED A $200 DRESS AND A $495 COAT. I took three items to Top Dry Cleaners. They did not cover the buckles on my expensive BCBG coat and they came back frayed and worn. I have to get them replaced at a real, reputable cleaners. The material of my dress came back fuzzy as if it had been placed in the washing machine (which I believe it had). Lastly, the blouse I took there was cleaned properly but some negligent employee stapled the receipt through the plastic to one of the blouses ruffles. Fortunately I caught it before ripping the plastic off and putting a hole in my blouse. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, USE THIS CLEANERS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHING.
