The service here was amazing. They were gentle and considerate with amazing and reasonable prices for what I needed done. I didn't expect such a quick and fabulous job. I highly recommend this place to anyone on Staten Island!!

There is sometimes a wait at Top Cut, but it is very much worth the wait. I go to have my hair blown out, which is only $18 (I have very long, thick hair). You begin by having your hair washed. The shampoo girls do a wonderful job at shampooing your hair and giving a GREAT massage. Every time I have gone they have spent at least 20 minutes washing and massaging my head and neck. It is amazing! I have gone to several stylists including John and Lucy and they did a great job drying and styling my hair. I'm usually in and out in 45 minutes - 1 hour.
