This is the absolute WORST Hair Salon in all of NYC. They have unbelievable attitude and are extremely unprofessional. I wish I could say the work they did was great but the half head of highlights was horrible, large streaks on one side and only 1 layer on the back (4 strands in 1 layer separated by 1 inch gaps) it looks ridiculous. Besides the botched job I was burned by the blower so badly I jumped from the chair, this after repeatedly telling her it was too hot and being ignored. The hairstylist didn't even bother to apologize! And, the icing on the cake - after giving me a price for the highlights the owner tackled on an additional $15 for blow drying my hair - WHAT, especially after being burned - I didn't pay that!!! It was a waste of my time and money and worst yet I had to deal with the stylists very large midsection pushing on me so that she could reach my hair. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Too many places on Staten Island to have to deal with this.
