Dropped off 1 pair of YSL Tribtoo leather heels to be dyed, one leather purse to be dyed and 1 pair of thigh high Giuseppe Zanotti suede boots to be re-heeled, re-soled and cleaned.
Came back one week later, line out the door, customers complaining about their shoes not being done, I knew what I was in for....
My boots were not done, I mean they couldn't even find them...the shoes were dyed in the sloppiest fashion ever, streaks all over and just not even totally dyed, the old color was showing all around the edges and the heel tips and soles had dye all over them.
The purse was dyed half as well. Fine on the 2 outter sides but the didn't bother to dye the top flaps or the leather zipper pull.
All around, shotty at best.
The people working there seem nice enough but I will not trust them with my high end apparel again. Not worth the time or money.
Update:
It's now 2 months later and they cannot find my $2500 Giuseppe Zanotti suede thigh high boots, nor my 2 other pairs of sandals I dropped off.
I have stopped by to pick them up FOUR TIMES only to be told every time that 'they will be done tomorrow'.
THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT LIARS.
