This is a small local health food store with everything!!! The staff is knowledgable and friendly!! They have vitamins, over 1000 different hard to find herbs and teas. they have frozen, refridgerated organic and vegetarian products. they also have protiens and body building products

I cant say enough about this place. I love this place. Fresh nuts all the time. Greatest selection of vitamins and minerals anywhere. And the service is excellent. These people know what they sell and what there talking about. No other health food store in the world can match these folks.
