Not only was the food delicious, but the people working there were super nice and understanding of the brunch time rush of customers. They give free coffee, fries, and oranges as snacks to keep people on the line and the food usually comes out quite quickly.
We ordered:
- huevos rancheros - not the fanciest looking, but filled with flavor. I loved adding the spicy mayo on top and mixing it all together. For some reason reminded me of Sophie's.
- bacon on a Danish pancake - freaking sweet and fluffy. I'm not one who normally eats sweets for breakfast, but this was just so good.
Remember to bring cash and expect a long line for regular rush hour weekends. I'd definitely come here if you're near the Brooklyn museum and botanical garden. They have a weird exhibit on high heels right now.

Staff is great, otherwise normal diner food. Challah French toast was white bread. Neighborhood staple has lines every weekend. Not worth the wait with places like Lincoln Station a block away.

The line may go around the corner, but the wait isn't so bad and definitely worth it. The service is prompt and the food is great in quantity and quality. Mango waffles, anyone?

The breakfast (and also the brunch) there was one of the best I ate during my stay in NY. In my way to Brooklyn Botanic Garden I stopped there and I don't regret.
You will find a lot of different options to eat, breads, pancakes, juices, sausages, toast, eggs. Everything you think as a good breakfast you can order and they will server you.
During the weekends you probably will ave to wait a bit for a table, but it totally worth the wait.

The lemon ricotta pancakes were out of this world. My western omlette was good, but not the best I ever had. My test of a diner is the omelette. There was very small amount of cheese in it and the eggs were overcooked. The crispy bacon was good as well, with the exception that a few pieces were burnt black. I would deff come back to try the other items on the menu.
