Longtime my favorite bagel place in Astoria because the staffer is so nice and friendly. Good enough bagels, always fresh, though a bit heavy-handed on use of caramel coloring in the whole wheat. (Makes me wonder if whole wheat flour is even used... But that comment is not unique to this bagel shop.)

This place seems to be rather busy in the mornings. The bagel itself is a dollar but what makes it more pricey is the spread they put on it. Your bagel turns out being about $4 but they put a lot of spread on it. The spread tends to have a unique flavor of homemade/ fresh and natural which I enjoyed.
