The most corrupted place in any government Department in NYC. Too many rules to follow, I mean it's just there to generate profits and get paid from hardworking poor Drivers. This is very sad that the city came up with this scheme.

The first guy/security guard you'll face when you get there is rude as f**k, yelling at drivers who most of them are highly educated then him. Awful experience I had on my fist/last visit to that corrupted place
