All people at this place are low life mean people, they've no respect no courtesy. I'm an MBA student who happens to be driving a cab and I know about customer service.
Awful place, awful experience. TLC has to do something about that

They have to find tons of mistakes, no matter how fine your car is. After that they will give you a bullshit letter (of confusing language) to show it to the mechanic. Sometimes our mechanic brothers dont understand those language and can't done the work 100%. So guess what! You have to run back and forward from tlc to your garage at least 5 times between 9am to 4pm. A Total nightmare

It is a diffent staff. Very polite but same time they do thier job. Make sure prepair your vehical for inspection. Alli was very nice, polite and had a smile.

Not worse than the TLC. But these people are Employees there pretty tough and they don't tolerate or take any execuse, the ladies there are great, only ladies, one of them is so sweet and calls everybody "honey", LOL.
Inspectors are very rude, they don't explain the vague corrections that needs to be done, they expect u to google or have a knowledge for everything.
My experience with them was only once with a like new car, that's why they didn't give much of a hard-time.
The suck though.
