They built my new detached garage from ground up. Communication was easy and clear. I have not had any issues with trying to get in touch with them to find out the status or have any questions. It also helps that I live near their office and can drop by anytime.
They completely followed my architects plans. Most of the work were subcontracted out but I think that's how most construction companies do their work. We are happy with the final product so it didn't matter to us. Would recommend them to friends and family. In fact, I already did.
