My husband and I were looking for kitchen floor tiles and had gone to so many different places and had almost given up on finding the perfect floor for us. We were not only looking for the color but also texture and size, after going to Tiles unlimited we were not disappointed at all due to the customer experience and selection they had! The trip to Queens was definitely worth it! Al took unbelievable care of us, we kept going back and forth from different tiles and he had all the patience in the world to show us different ideas and different tiles. He was amazingly helpful at matching the colors of our cabinets to the perfect floor. He was a great sales person, he was not pushy on selling the most expensive products but more on what would go great with our kitchen and making sure we loved it. I don't usually do reviews but this store and Al definitely deserve it. See him when you go in and you will not be disappointed.

Salesman corrected error when notified of error.

Salesman could not do simple math. Miscalculated the square footage of space I needed tile for. When I called him on the error, he blamed the calculator and called it a mix up. If I wasn't in need of the tiles so urgently, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Incompetence. Will not recommend this vendor to anyone.

Look no further..... just tiled entire first floor of our home, thanks to our amazing, knowledgeable and compassionate designer Francesca. From the first time we stepped into the showroom, Francesca was great. She listened to our wants and needs, and now we couldnt be happier. The floor looks great and the entire experience amazing. Even the delivery guy, Sampson, went out of.his way to help. If you are looking for great tiles, superior service and great prices, give Francesca a call!!!

Came for the first time two weeks ago for some aqua defense, need a few other items, they have it all. I do very large scale commercial and residential (100,000sqft-500,000sqft) and I will be bringing my next large order here for a bid.

A lot of places are out to sell you and if they aren't sure of the correct answer they will make it up or try to wing it. The best one recently was another tile place who's name I won't post tried to sell me and verbally guaranteed porous tile for outdoor use. It would pop in a year likely. When I ask tiles unlimited a tough question if they aren't sure or don't have an answer they say so instead of lying to you to make the sale.
