great selection but not the best prices.

This store has terribly poor customer service and are potentially fraudsters. Be very very wary of doing business here. We had an absolutely abhorrent experience. The salesperson we dealt with was not trustworthy. We ordered tiles and paid a deposit. We counted on the tiles being in stock and delivered but later were told they had to backorder. Our contractor needed the tiles and the tile store left us high and dry. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Finally, when demanding a refund, no one in the store would assist us - saying that we had to wait for the salesperson we dealt with originally - who are already ONE HOUR late to a scheduled appointment. VERY VERY BAD. BUYER BEWARE

I would like to express my frustration with the handling of some Tiles I ordered for over a month now. Firstly the order took over 2 weeks to arrive. they never informed me that the tile had arrived. Secondly when I went to the store to pick up the order it was incorrect. I was then forced to take the order although it was incorrect. Fortunately for me I had the documentation in their handwriting with the order that was placed. they then decided to reorder when they realized their mistake. unfortunately I kept getting the round around because they advised me me that it would be here in 1week but again when I called they say it still wasn't there and was rude and asked to call back the following day. I feel that my question/complain has never truly been handled properly and with due care and attention.
