Tile Depot NY

Service was better than anywhere in Manhattan or South Carolina. Extremely unique pieces.

My visit to the store was okay.. dusty from their move, to be expected. The sales person, however, would not answer a single question I asked about tile -- simple questions, but to him, he wouldn't commit an answer. Still okay. However, I ordered tile from Olympia, a Canadian company, and what arrived was from a company called TGT, out of China. Maybe that should have been disclosed?? Tiles were all uneven, causing my contractor to work extra hard. The boxes that arrived also had holes in them, and as a result, the tile was broken. But we ordered more than enough tile, so the broken tiles were not a problem. Somewhere between the contractor and Tile Depot, there was a mistake made in measuring or ordering, not sure which, resulting in several boxes of excess tile. Every tile company in the world accepts returns .. after all, this was NOT custom tile. This store -- no, they won't take the tile back. Wish I could give them less than zero stars because that's what they deserve.

Ben of Tile Depot is incredible.. We went back and forth in our choice of tile. which I am sure must have been exhausting to anyone even witnessing this process. Ben went out of his way to accommodate all our modifications. It is nice to know that service of this quality and dedication still exists.

I had such and awesome experience using Tile Depot! Debbie and Joel worked so hard to get me the exact tiles I was requesting. My luxury duplex apt renovation turned out looking absolutely stunning! Other tile suppliers charge higher prices, but Tile Depot's prices cant be beat. Sometimes they don't have everything in stock, so If you go online and call beforehand and choose the tiles you would like to see, they will try and have the tiles ready for you to see at the store. At first glance, it may seem as if their selection isn't the most contemporary, but if you have a clear vision of what you want, they will work hard to get any tile for you at the best price. As a busy architecture firm, we will continue to rely on Tile Depot for all of our future renovations. I would highly recommend their service!

We bought all of our tiles (kitchen and bathroom) for a multiple apt renovation. They have a great selection, all at competitive prices, we shopped around quite a bit before buying from Tile Depot. Customer service was terrific every time! They really want you to be happy with the purchase and truly care about your project and needs.
We will certainly be back here if we have more tiling projects.
