young girl in the norfolk office in virginia was not only very rude but had a very aggressive demeanor like i killed her family or something. Bus on the way there had no wifi only a power outlets, bus on the way back had no power outlets or wifi. NOT WORTH $35 AT ALL!

Very well priced. Promised wifi, but was not available. Also, driver shut off the lights mid-way through the drive keeping me from doing some reading

My husband and son are currently stuck on the bus coming from New York heading to Virginia beach. The bus broke down on the side of the highway at the New Jersey Turnpike and the have been sitting for 2 hours. I just called the Virginia Beach office to get an ETA and inquire about refunds and the man responded to me saying he did not have a clue about the broken down bus and there were no refunds. Not only was he extremely unprofessional, but he was not helpful at all. I was left with no information on what was happening or going to happen to the broken down bus. Finally, they sent a new one (3 hours later) which was just as unkept as the first. I do NOT recommend this bus line. If you must travel via bus take the SPRINTER BUS. (They are courteous, cheaper and they give complimentary bottles of water)

It's funny to read the negative reviews. Every time I've taken the bus to NYC, I'm reminded of awesome this bus line is. I think about driving, flying or even taking the train...this bus is the cheapest mode out there. Some people are just hard to please. I don't need anyone to cater to me...we are not travelling first class and the ticket cost alone should remind you of this. I'd rather spend my money on shopping or eating in my favorite city. I would've given them five stars if I could bring my puppy along for the ride.

Bus company is very unprofessional!! They are never on time and they false advertise on their website. I bought a ticket once departing at 10pm. It wasn't until 9:45pm I received a message saying the bus wont leave until 11:30pm. The second time I bought a ticket to leave at 3pm from NY. The morning of my scheduled trip I received a message saying the bus is leaving at 5PM. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is a total inconvenience to me and my trip will be delayed 3hrs because of traffic. They are always an inconvenience to travelers and the staff is rude and non comprehensive. I will NEVER use this company for travel AGAIN and would recommend the same for anyone else. Paying the extra $5 to take sprinter bus is so much more worth it and less stressful.
