The service to get a car is very slow, would be better if you guys had kiosks or something. apart from that everything was perfect, One las suggestion, hire people that can talk other languages to better communicate with your customers

We got a flat tyre, so we called emergency services to change the tyre. We waited for 2 hours, nobody came so we changed it ourselves. Then we were told to drive to Kennedy airport from Commack to get a replacement because the tyre we changed was a half tyre. An entire day was wasted...
