I financed my car through Thrift Investment Corp. Their customer service is "hit or miss" with few "wow moments". I made all my payments online . All payments made are displayed on the website. They DO report to Equifax , so if your trying to step up your score , then make your scheduled payments , and avoid a repo. You should receive your title about a month after paying off the loan. I also noticed the account showed closed and paid on my CR. If your using TIC as an finance option, and do not have another , then i would definitely recommend their services!

very good lender we do work with them all the time the most important thing is they will not approve you if they think that you cant handle your payments another word they set up for success !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i would definitely deal with chris extension 191

Worst company ever, the people in there have the worst attitudes. My payments were all paid, they " lost" one of my payments, harrassed me every month before my bill was even due. They also add bogus fees to your account with out your knowledge. Illegally took my vehicle in the same month that I made a payment, and now are being sued. Do not get a loan here even if you feel you have no othee options, you have better then the stress they will give you. You will loose out on money and never have anything to show for it. This bank is a scam.

I financed my car through Thrift Investment Corp. I have nothing bad to say about their customer service since I did all my payments online using payment vision. All my payments were tracked on the site and I received my title about a month after paying off the loan. Would definitely recommend their services!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Their customer service suck!!! I paid off my car and I am still waiting for my title. Was told that it was mailed out but I never received it. When I asked for a tracking number of the where it was sent, was told that they have hundred of thousand of customers and they send it out regular mail! REALLY??? guess what I WAS one of those customers and never received my title!! this is against the law and I will be consulting with my lawyer. This guy was RUDE and nasty with me all the time. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! ALL I KNOW IS THAT MY TITLE BETTER SHOW UP!
