Thomas E. Haynes Architect

We worked with Thomas Haynes on our home's renovation in Riverdale in a landmarked district. He was a pleasure to work with.We would definitely recommend him!

I recently worked with Tom on a deck project for my home. His company went above and beyond to ensure my design requirements made sense, were financially achievable, and would result in a finished product that will last for many years. The plans he prepared exceeded my expectations. My contractor found them easy to work with and complimented many of the upgrades Tom added in to ensure the structure's support was rock solid. Although this was a small project, I've also been to some commercial properties that Tom has designed and the results are the same.....design work that translates into a superb finished product. My town's inspector had a very easy time approving all inspection check points and then issuing the final CoO thanks to his excellent planning. I hope to work with Tom again on my next project in the near future!

Tom was amazing! I am remodeling my house and was stuck trying to find a design that would work in the space I had. Tom came to the house and looked over everything and told me he would send me different options in 2 days. Not even 24 hours later he sent me 6 different amazing options. I have used multiple architects in the past and I have never found anyone that has given the level of service and out of the box thinking that Tom gave me. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Tom was the architect for our new kitchen and did a fantastic job. He was really easy to work with and had some great ideas for how to design a beautiful kitchen. He was extremely responsive and delivered everything on time. We will definitely use him again for any future projects.

Provided all drawings and permit filings on time and on budget for my basement and office renovation. Easy to work with. I would use his firm again if I ever have another need for an architect.
