I must say this was poor poor service!!! From the very beginning Tomas Brown told me the down side of my situation the negative behind my situation. He continued to tell me "I'm not aware of the difference of Homeowners Insurances" & didn’t present hisself as an Agent that wanted to help me at all. As the conversation continued he bashed me as a homewoner for not knowing many answers that I have NEVER WAS ASKED BEFORE! Honestly I felt insulted, uncomfortable & really disgusted with the way I was being treated. He told me I sounded like a 20 year old LITTLE GIRL when I'm WELL OVER 20 Years old!! After the verbal attack from this so called insurance agent I decided to let him continue this going no where conversation with the Dial Tone. I Called my Mortgage Company and IMMEDIETLY they told me they would help me, they will get me the best rate they can& next thing I new I was a COVERED INSURANCE HOMEOWNER!!! New policy in effect IMMEDIETLY. NOW that’s what you call Professional Service! Mr Tomas Brown I suggest you rethink you career because your skills ARE in the GUTTER!!!
