After more than 42 attempts to call and leave messages over a 6 week timespan, I was still unable to get help with a basic tax filing service. Over and Over and Over again, I was told that Simone was not in and would call me back within 24 hours. I guess they meant 24 times 6 weeks of waiting and calling. The worst part about it is the taxes were to be filed for my business. Very unprofessional on her part. I seriously doubt that I am the only one regretting that I ever put my personal and business information into their hands! Oh, and still to this day marking 7 weeks no call back!!
