HORRIBLE! I usually don't do reviews but the way these people acted in this store was disgusting and I work in retail they have no customer service. I ordered a picture frame for my friends engagement party and it gave me the option to pick up in store. When I ordered it stated 5 in stock. It stated I can pick up at 2:31PM I ordered it around 10AM. I got to the store at around 3:30 close to 4 and they told me it was not ready and they do not have it in stock. So I asked why would they not inform me? The lady behind the counter said Oh customer service should have called you. She did not care at all. Then the other one goes you can pick out something else . I asked how long she said 20 minutes. Which I did not have. Anyways I left there pissed no gift. Then a hour later I get an email stating sorry your order has been canceled with a 20% discount off my next order like they will ever get my money. Don't waste your money or time.
