I was at this place on good friday of 2011. My reefer unit wouldn't turn on. Their website said they close at 4:30pm and I got there just a little after 4pm. Well apparently, they close early for good friday.
The only guy there tells me it's going to cost $450 for emergency service just to diagnose (even if it take less than an hour). WTF?? Are you kidding me?? I have been there before, and your emergency rate is posted all over the place and it is nowhere near $450!! When I said to the guy, "are you kidding me." He proceeds to yell at me and tell me to go elsewhere. These guys are price gougers. Bring your wallet and your work elsewhere!!! Search online and you can find the help. Usually FT mechanics are for PT hire all over craigslist for a fraction of the cost. Bye Bye Thermo King Carlsdadt, NJ I will never set foot in your establishment again!!
