Sept. 7, 2015 Normally, I am very pleased with the high level of customer service given by salespeople here, but my experience today with the degrading attitudes of two salespeople at the Avenue M store was horrible. When I left, I said to one of them, "This place has become so low class," and, she called back to me, "and so are the customers."

I am a fashion jewelry junkie, and Yellow Door is where I go for my weekly fix. It seems like they get new jewelry everyday. Their prices are reasonable too, plus they do repairs on costume jewelry.

Yellow Door is my GO TO store for jewelry. They have all the designers I love, like Alexis Bittar and Judith Ripka. Whenever I need something special, I go directly to their flagship store on Avenue M -- nobody has such a wide selection. Best of all, their staff is very knowledgeable and not too pushy, which I really appreciate. They also have a lot of well priced gifts, at all price ranges.

I was afraid they only had super expensive stuff because of the look of the place -- very elegant and fancy. But I was delighted to find very good quality jewelry at all prices. I needed a few gifts, and they had everything I needed. The gifts were wrapped really professionally, and the young woman who helped me was helpful
