I LOVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. ITS A VERY WARM, AND HUMBLING EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I ENTER FOR SERVICES. THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WELL VERSED. I WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT IT.

Very dissapointed!!!! After seeing a charge of $40 on my bank account from these people without letting me know I called the receptionist and she was like "i dont care". I explained the situation that I never scheduled an appointment on Sunday because I ussually work every sunday. I scheduled an appointment for this coming wednesday (never got a confirmation for Sunday/wed). They charged me $40 for no service????/ without providing any service????, that is crazyyy. They take your credit card number when you go as new customer and they charge whatever they want.I would never recomend this place...so saddd

I've been going to the Wax Den for a few months now. I found them via groupon and had my first Brazilian (wax period). I was assigned a staff member who was very friendly however, not that experienced in the industry. Unfortunately she was let go of, and I was assigned another staff member, Priscilla. Priscilla is extremely professional, very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Waxing is not the most comfortable service but, Priscilla made it very pleasant, she is skilled and gentle. She is absolutely awesome. It seems as though they've been going through some transitions as far as staffing. The previous receptionists that were very versed in knowing the services, and clientele are no longer there.I had an issue my final time going there, were I was charged for cancellation appointments. If you do not show up for a service you are charged half the service, and must pay it before you can be seen for an appointment. The receptionist said I had two no shows for appointments on May 8th and May 15th however, my last time visiting them was May 24th. I never made the appts. nonetheless, the logistics that would mean, I would not have been able to receive my service when I went on the 24th. I was extremely disappointed in her customer service. They have since lost a customer, and I'm very sorry to have to leave them but,I will not tolerate that receptionist. Priscilla is fantastic, and I highly recommend her, and I cannot stand for the full establishment in that regard.
