- Terrible #65358

Terrible customer service. I wasted over an hour trying to return a pair of shoes and the employees had no clue about how to proceed. The return policy is very unorthodox nor these modern days and is also unfair; You have to wait to get a check in the mail for your money if you happen to return something. I will NEVER visit the store again.
