Not only were the staff very understanding about his little quirks, they were very knowledgeable about the breed and coat, which I have found to be extremely rare because most people have never even heard of a Sheltie. They did a phenomenal job, the best groom he has had ever! The trim was exactly what I wanted and he was super clean and fluffy. He also approved of them as he gave the groomer kisses, and he is a very very shy boy. I definitely recommend them. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the great work they do.
