Vans gone hipster. Huge selection of shoes, from the classics to the newest styles. The staff are friendly and helpful, although not the most attentive on slow days. Awesome store, will shop here again.

Dope store!!!!! I'm a Van's man. Skate in the old school sk8 highs.... Bought those, but when I was there I saw vans I've never seen before. Ended up with 5 boxes. Think it's run by Van's now, but boutique style non the less. Everyone is nice.

Employees acted like customers were a burden, and were super pissed and apathetic when people we asking for shoes and sizes.

I looked around and then asked about a pair of shoes that had broken after 5 months. I told them that I had called customer support and they had said I could return my shoes without my receipt because of the 6 month warranty.

In the store they told me that's not how it worked, it was only 60 days and I needed a receipt.

So I stood in the store and called Vans support and asked, and they said I was right, so I had ask for the manager and let the support person tell them to give me new shoes.

The manager finally gave me a new pair, not a good customer experience though.

Great selection of Vans and casual clothes. They carry many special collaboration pieces that aren't widely available elsewhere. Helpful staff too.

I just ran into this store on accident over the weekend with my girlfriend. I've never seen the vans vault collection. I was blow away they have an awesome selection. I ended up purchasing the north face blue leather vans The people there were great the store manager ended up helping me. She knows her stuff.. There even willing to ship stuff to me. I will be returning next time I'm in NY and I will most def be shopping there in the near future.
