Not pleased with this fertility center at all. Some of their staff are insensitive and rude. Requests for your own medical files costs $$ especially if you find another doctor. Had a HSG done and was in so much pain in which caused vomiting and dehydration during my procedure. They did not even call to follow up and see how I was doing. That should of been a red flag to leave. All they care about is money. Don't waste your time or money here. IVF is stressful enough and they just elevate it!
