- Terrible #221109

Just called them to ask a very simple question about printing of the shipping label in the store. The woman who picked up the phone told me not to yell at her.When I explained that I have this type of voice, she rudely answered simple question and hung up. Seriously? I did not even have a chance to visit the store and I am not going there for sure. I am in customer service myself so I consider her behavior unacceptable in her line of work. Do NOT go there!
