I have read of other UPS stores in Harlem that have an atrocious customer service. So i did a bit of digging and this one was the highest rated in my area. I went there to drop off/return a package to the sender and even with somebody in front of me, I was there literally no longer than 45 seconds. That includes me questioning the gentleman. It was about 10:30 am so that could explain it but still amazing to me when I was expecting problems. 4 stars because there is always improvement to be made.
