excellent service. I have had my mailbox there for years. I use them for all my office needs. shipping and printing. staff is always very friendly. I would not take my business any place else

I moved. And even though if talked to them and called them 3 times, they did not forward my mail. I told them I was moving 1 mon the before the actual date. I had packages sent there. They told me they never received them but I told them to please check again and it was misplaced;this stressful situation, regarding my mail not being forwarded and "misplaced"parcels occurred several times. I wanted to pull my hair out because I was so frustrated with the customer service.

Awesome people and customer service. I really hate poor customer service, so I am hyper aware... This employees are extremely professional and cheery. Seems like they have a good hiring/vetting process...
