Shipping label created for a completely different address than what I had on the package.

The item was retorted back to NY and now I am going to have pay money on the delayed item.

Never going back there again.

The gay guy that works in that store is very rude, nasty and the worst retail rep I have ever seen! he tried to charge me 25.00 dollars... he sold me a big box the doble the size that I really needed! Employees like him should be fired!!

Hours are too short for a store in Manhattan. I had to wait about an hour to print around ten pages. Printing is way too overpriced (a dollar a page, and five to use the computer). Printing at all was nightmare, and when I asked for assistance with an error, the young guy working there said he'd be right back, went back to laughing and talking with his co-worker and managed to completely forget about me even though I'd asked him for help all of two minutes prior. When he finally did remember (after being reminded fifteen minutes later) he asked me not to get upset. He's right, of course. Expecting incompetent people to know how to do their jobs is pretty dumb.
