one of the staff yield at me just because I didn't notice another guy was waiting in line. What's wrong with them!

Had an issue with a package and they helped retrieve it from the USPS delivery truck. They are always helpful and friendly when we get our mail at the store. However, today they were extra helpful - thank you guys!

Really, after the photo being taken, I asked for the electronic copy. I called twice. However, they told me we would send you asap and when I called for the third time, they simply said you might come tomorrow because the guy who took your photo went home. We didn't know which was yours. That was nothing but awesome I guess.

I initially noticed the sub par reviews because I was looking for the store hours. Slightly disheartening because this was my only option for shipping as that I was staying in a near by hotel. Much to my pleasure and surprise my experience was efficient and pleasant. No fuss no muss. Polite & professional employee. The next day I had to ship additional items and I understood the reviews. Wait, it's not what you think. Every customer ahead of me got up the desk and had absolutely no idea what they wanted or any notion on how they wanted to be helped. The staff was patient and professional and ensured that each customer received the service they needed. I'm pretty sure some of the bad reviews came from such customers. It's easier to blame someone else for your own shortcomings.

No customer service skills offered by the local staff we dealt with.

Long story short; we were charged with a more expensive service than we asked for (didn't realize until we got home and reviewed the receipt), and our important documents were still not shipped on time. Don't ask me how that happened. Manager and staff didn't work with us at all on resolving the issue and said we were at fault; really frustrating.

We followed up with UPS corporate customer service and were able to work out part of a refund so we were charged with the original service we wanted, but our documents were still not received on time. :(
