They are more like monsters. Especially the women who receives the package. She has problem for every word I speak. They charge for drop off. Which I haven't heard so far in any ups store.

Extremely poor customer service. If UPS reviews the this store they are going to fire the employees

Delivery personel gave me a horrible attitude for not getting to my door in time. He rang twice. I have 2 sleeping babies and live in an upper level apartment which requires me to go downstairs and leave my kids unattended. I caught him before he drove off and he asked if I heard the doorbell, I explained about my kids, and he shook his head, gave me no response, then ANGRILY threw my packages at the doorstep. Horrible.
