Worst customer service ever.
I went today to receive a fax and the fax machine was apparently not working. The lady said that she doesn't know why fax not get in; she dont even tried to check if it was ON or if it was out of paper.
Make loose my time!
I when to FedEx office and my fax got in in less than 5 minutes.

Provides wide breadth of options for business needs. Printing / faxing / mail box / shipping / supplies. Justin, the owner, is extremely hands on & attentive to your needs no matter how busy the store gets. Staff is equally as friendly & attentive. Great facility.

Worst Experience Ever..!! I lost my brand new HTC One M8 which I was suppose to send it to San Antonio to my sister as a gift. They stole it coz they knew about the phone in the package. The guy who was gonna ship my package was Quentin and my tracking updates showed me that my package never left the store. I didnt receive any compensation from the manager or from the owner as well.

Please don't ship your expensive stuffs from this branch. I lost my iPhone 6 (Brand New) which never got shipped from the store and sadly I didn't opt for the insurance. I also filed a Police complaint for the same which was held for almost 4 months but finally I had to give up on it. The guy who was suppose to ship my package was "Quentin". Please be careful. And do not trust anyone in this store.

Obviously, this store does everything a UPS store should do. But the customer service is unbeatable. The employees will literally run around the store making sure you get what you need fast. They're professional, and willing to work with you to get done whatever it is you need.
