Unbelievably dishonest. Unfortunately most of the customers would not know that they are being screwed.
I asked them for detailed receipt for my package and they said nothing like that existed. I came back home and checked the ups website for a package under 1 lb to a specific address.
They seem to have charged me for 2 lbs.
I feel ripped off.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The absolute rudest people I have ever encountered -- misogynistic asshats. Abysmal service. I didn't even stay to figure out if they could properly print, it was so bad.

I use the concierge service and it's great. Never had a bad experience. Everyone is very helpful and very nice. Love this store!
