Small store but great customer service.

Great ppl that work there. So very helpful . Nice to step into a store and be treated right .

The young man was a Notary of the Public. Very friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable too! I will definately use this store again.

TERRIBLE!!! Do not go here!! Used to love this place because it was small and personal. But I think the management changes recently and the new manager ripped me off completely. I had to mail a package to Europe for my business and he charged me $150!!!! When I asked my colleague who had to send the same package, but went through FedEx, she was charged $25!!! I am furious at this store and will never go again. Also, while I was in there, there was another man, looked like an artist, who was trying to mail a painting. The manager tried to charge him $35 but the artist said he had mailed that same exact package many times before and it was only $15. He ended up leaving without mailing the package. I should have done the same!!! Will NEVER go here again.

I had such a great experience at this store. I had a huge and tedious shipment to process that required a lot of documentation. Joseph helped me so much and made it really simple. He even helped me carry my boxes in from the car because there was no ramp.
