not bad. they have a better selection then the big box places. and the salespeople seems more knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered my tiles from the Westbury, NY location. Lovely staffs, quick orders. Love them. But the trucking company outsourced to (Stone Express Trucking, I believe) is unbelievably BAD. The whole process of getting my tiles costs me 2 working days from my work. The tiles WILL NOT be delivered inside the building. That might not be a huge problem if you have help. But I believe The Tile Shop states that THEY WILL deliver the tiles INSIDE THE BUILDING. Anyways. Long story short, the delivery was very late and the drivers are not nice and very rude. Hopefully this is not the only trucking company they hired. SO PEOPLE WHO NEEDS THE TILES DELIVERED, BEWARE.

The store is very nice. Lots of tiles and floor samples. However, this one salesman, Andre, is incredibly rude. We thought the first time we went he was in a bad mood but between visits that were months apart, his attitude did not change. He treated us as if we didn't know what we were talking about and showed little courtesy in helping us pick out the tiles we wanted. Incredibly he still remains a salesperson there today but should be fired for his poor work ethic and quality of customer service offered.
