- Poor #106869

Twice I went to this vendor ,because they carry the wheelchairs I desire and they accept my insurance. BUT its seems it's to get you in the door !

They won't submit to the insurance the chair YOU choose .Why ??? Because they say it won't be approved , or its to expensive .Then why do they carry that model? Why claim to be PARTICIPATING in your insurance plan? It is like the old bait and switch,, or steer the purchaser towards the model they like...poor business practice. Could they get a kick back?

This of course is my opinion,,I am just a mother of 3 disabled children ........wait!!! isn't that the cliental they want? Home Medical Equipment is the Walmart of durable medical equipment..
