Once there is no 0 star option, I had to give one star even though I never wanted!!! Because this company does not even deserve any star at all.
Please be aware of this place before they rip you off!!!
They were insistently keep calling us for a FREE clinic , My wife took our dog to this clinic , They put an injection to our puppy with no reason!! Our dog shots was up to date already. My wife was not even aware of a bill that she assigned by them, She walked away from the store without paying. Because she thought it was a free clinic., Listen up the funny part, They called us After 3 months and they asked us to pay. They did black mail to give our paperworks to the collection center. There is no where in the world I seen this!! :)) Please do yourself a favor , do not even visit this place !!

They just want more money from us. Every time we go, even if just for a yearly check-up and vaccines, we get a new estimate (or 2) for work that "needs to be done" on the dog. $600 here, $1,000 there. And now, when trying to get a prescription filled, which the vet wrote himself, they will not approve it without ANOTHER visit to the vet (i.e. another $100+).

Terrible staff. Can't answer simple questions....waste of time.

I cannot believe all the negative reviews for this clinic. I honestly wish that I would get just half of the compassionate care from a human doctor that I get from this clinic.

I've been going to Sunnyside for about 10 years since it's close to my house. Over the years, they have cared for my 5 cats and dog. They have supported me through the loss of 2 cats and the adoption of another sickly cat and a new puppy. They know me by name whenever I call, and they shower my animals with love anytime we visit. My dog loves the place so much that he pulls me in there if we happen to walk by.

Dr. Goldenberg is a no nonsense guy. He's compassionate and caring and can be and directive when he needs to be. This is what I love about him. When he has a strong opinion, he tells me. Yet he always respects my choices when they differ to his opinion. This is what I expect out of a doctor.

When I lost one of my cats in an emergency vet clinic (after hours), they immediately called me to check up on me and to provide his condolences and emotional support.

Recently, one of my kitties had to have all of her teeth pulled due to severe gingivitis and she was in a lot of pain. The vet tech, called me several times after the procedure to check up on both my kitty and I. My kitty is happy and healthy now and much better for the procedure.

A few years ago, when I was having serious cat integration issues (I took in my mom's cat after my mom died), Dr. Goldenberg referred me to a behaviorist vs. immediately prescribing Prozac like many vets would have done. That behaviorist turned out to be a God send and is also responsible for helping me find my amazing dog.

I hope that more people start to share their positive experiences with the Sunnyside Pet healthcare Center...because I think they deserve better than what's posted.

I hate this place with a passion. They do not and I mean DO NOT follow appointments. I've waited 3 hours late one night and when I have the first appointment of the day, I still wait an hour and they knew my dog was peeing blood. I'm pretty sure they are poisoning my dog cause he's had this bump on his chest that's been growing over the past few years but they say its nothing. I once brought in both my dogs at once and it cost me over $2,100. I love my dogs to death but i can't stand bringing them to these retards
