Bad attitude and long wait

I can have one person in line in front of me and I will wait half an hour because the clerks can't read the coupons and the customer with the coupons is sorting through her entire purse to save 50 cents. It's outrageous that they don't carry popular brands and have such a disorganized store and rude staff.

They have the stuff I need, and glad to know members get 20% off every purchase :)

The staff is rude if they even do take notice of you. As big as the store is they do not carry some very popular brands, even though other Rite Aids do. And their lines always take at least two or three times longer than any other store, not because there are more people but because they are slow and lazy.

The pharmacy is a joke. You can have your doctor call in your prescription two days prior, go in earlier in the day to tell them you want to pick it up later, and then show up and they will not have done anything to get your prescription together and will then tell you they do not even have that in stock, so you have to go back AGAIN. And these are not complicated, rare, or highly controlled prescriptions either.

Do not go here. I've tried this place a few times because they are closest to my apartment but rather than waste my times in line or fighting with the pharmacy I might as well just walk a few blocks further and go to any of the other places in the area. I am never going back there again. And you should not either.

I have been using Rite Aid Pharmacy for many years now. Not only do I get monthly medications, there are times where I have to fill other medications aside from my regular med's.
Whenever I bring my RX's there, I already Know i have at least an Hour wait.. Sometimes, they don't even have the mediation, and i have to wait days.
What really got me upset, was yesterday, around 4:30pm i dropped off 3 prescriptions (Robitussin DM, a nasal spray, and a quantity of 3 pills of an antibiotic) Easy order, yeah?
The woman tells me, ok tomorrow.....
I said tomorrow? She said, "we are closing soon and there are a lot of people ahead of you so tomorrow".
For someone thats been going there for so long, and I buy so many things from there, spend a lot of money in that store, they have me wait a day for 3 easy prescriptions?
Not happy, I am never ever filling my prescriptions there again..
The little local pharmacy are much better, they are fast and reliable, so thats where Ill be going..
You lost a good customer yesterday Rite Aid.....
