Avoid if you're an independent filmmaker.

These guys have a very impressive website and catalog but unfortunately, they don't have any prices listed on their site and getting them to give you the time of day is difficult.

I e-mailed requesting a simple quote to the sales e-mail and it went ignored for over a week.

I followed up with a phone call then. Very friendly service but they wouldn't give me a quote until they got more information from me.

Then it was back to e-mailing. At least they were communicating now but I still couldn't get a quote out of them.

Even so, they sent me pictures of what they had in stock that they could replicate for me.

It seemed like things were finally moving forward so yet again, I asked for a price quote... and then they just stopped replying altogether.

To be clear, these were polite e-mails on both sides. There was no disagreement or rudeness (until they stopped responding).

I know I'm the little guy but that's just disrespectful and abysmal customer service. I'd rather hear, "your job is too small" than be blatantly ignored.

So, I can't speak to the quality of any of their work.

Learn to cast your own replicas I guess is the lesson here. Don't waste your time on these guys if you're low budget.
