most of the people that gave a bad reviews are just impatient or wasn't able to control the people that work there like how they wanted to. when i was there, some guy came and left. before he left they told him if he leave with the car, they will not put his place in line on hold. people will have to skip him and when he gets back, they will put his car back on the line he will not be able to skip. he accepted and left. when he came back he started an argument about how they cant put him at the end of the line even though he was told that will happen, he didn't care he just wanted to have it his way. my point is, they operate on strict rules which is programmed to fit all customers. lets say you were the one your car was going to get fixed and he came and demanded that he need to skip you because he was here first and left, how would you feel. they get a lot of jobs. meaning a lot of people go there. do you want them to rush and make a mistake? what if it was your car they made a mistake on and you end up dying from it. if you don't have the patient to wait to get you car properly fixed, don't go there. and since most people gave bad reviews due to their incapability to wait, most people go there with the intent to find something bad. even if they act nice, the person will find a bad thing to talk about like there were a lot of people. of course there were because they do a good job.i went there to get my brakes checked and fixed and they did a wonderful job at that. i went around noon when there were not a lot of people. you should do the same. have a good day.

I was terrified to come here after all the terrible reviews, but I needed an inspection on a Sunday and didn't have any other option. I was told there would be an hour wait, and then my car was ready in 20 minutes! The employees were polite and professional and I'll gladly take my car here again (but only for inspection, everything else is way overpriced).

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! Went in to get an oil change. I asked how long at the lady at the front desk. She said there were 2 cars ahead of me, so about an hour before they can work on my car. I said fine. Two and a half hours later, my car hasn't moved an inch from where I parked it. I asked the front desk and she said that she was sorry and she could give me my car key back.

I took my key back and off I went. Bye2 pepboys forever and ever..

They get one star was because I can't give zero star.

Great store to purchase items from huge selection definetly better then autozone but there service department stay away from it like a radioactive zone, I went in for just a mobil one oil change and its true i waited about 4 hours just for that oil change, place gets very busy in the mornings so if you must go for service go and make an afternoon app would be best, complimentary inspection of a vehicle and complimentary tire rotation is free but they never do it unless you pay for it on my receipt it was on there as done but they never toiched it my car went up for oil drain but tires never came off lol why say its free and complimentary if it will never be done, im not that mad cuz i didnt pay for it but why say you going yo do it if they dont. Anyways go elsewhere ill go to the next mechanic on the corner then go here again. But nice staff gotta give it that i mean cashier's

Worst experience ever. 6 hours to change tires, oil and do the inspection. Refused to do alignment on the car because they're not equipped to serve mercedes (83' diesel, probably the most basic and simple mechanics ever). Poured in wrong oil type. Said they did drain it and replaced with the correct type. Not sure. Car had a huge gash on the passenger side as when I came to pick up the car. They said they watched the security camera video and didn't see anything happen.
Car won't stop idling when key is in off position because there's too much oil in it. Need to go back tomorrow sort this one out and take my business elsewhere.
