The food was great but after I paid my bill. Three waterbugs huge ones, crawled out of the booth I was seated in. Meanwhile the wait staff unsuccessfully swong broom sticks at the insects while people was eating there meals. No manager showed up after 5 min of mayhem. Leading me and my friends to walk out in complete disgust!!!

I would recommend this place anyday. It caters to all ethnic backgrounds. The venue is cute too. If you're a big guy you maynwanna lose a pound or two. It's small bit their food compensates for that. Good choice...choose it!

Really delicious BBQ food and not too expensive, either. Seating area can get crowded and a bit cramped, but our overall experience was good. I loved the corn, mac and cheese, beans, brisket and pulled pork. The only downside was when (what appeared to be) the manager literally scolded our waiter in front of us for letting me keep a menu on the table. I told the waiter I was sorry I got him in trouble and he smiled and shrugged it off, but that's not cool.

The place is small, and there can be a wait. But it's busy because this joint rocks! Cozy up to the bar, and start on one of their many draft beers, and soon enough you'll be in bbq heaven.
Their pulled pork comes in a nice portion and is juicy and succulent. Pair it with either of their sauces and it's killer. Their chicken.... oh their chicken. It is juicy, fall off the bone tender. Their ribs are the same way - huge portion, tons of meat, fall off the bone delicious.
ALL of their sides are a winner, but I have to call out specifically the collard greens, the mac and cheese, the corn, and the cornbread. Oh my god, the cornbread. For $1 you get a sweet, moist, MASSIVE hunk of cornbread. Yes, you read that right: one, single, inflation-devalued dollar.
I really can't get my mind around some of the other reviews here. Must have been an off night? I dunno - as I said, I've gone a number of times and have always had wonderful experiences, so if you like barbeque and a good value, head over to smoke joint asap.

This is a nice place to come hang out and have some good Barbecue. I've been here several times and I am always drawn to the beef brisket with a side of Brooklyn potato salad. With a mixed drink, my average bill was about $28. Even though I did enjoy the food, I don't really like the idea of paying to try the other sides (when ordering your meal you receive mostly meat and a small side of coleslaw and pickles. You must pay between 3-6 for a side to go with your meat).
