Definitely not a deli. But it's the best authentic Mexican food in town. Coming here for years. The service isn't what you would expect in such a competitive restaurant neighborhood but that also compliments the authentic ambience.

What have I been doing all these years in Greenpoint by not going?!?! All those wasted opportunities! I discovered Acapulco late in my years in Greenpoint and the regret is real. This place is just awesome! Affordable borderline cheap, delicious, and the staff is so sweet. Real Mexican meets some American dishes that sneak on the menu. They will alter things and spicy level just right. We ordered some beers and were so wonderfully surprised to see them arrive in frosted large mugs. Just beautiful.
