Wow. This could have been such a great review. However, I must say how much I am disgusted by this place and cannot wait until the lease is over. Car vandalisms inside the underground parking garage (during Thanksgiving, no less) results in no increase in security measures. They say it's the tenant's responsibility. No coverage of loss nor damages.
Expect your home to get broken into without any scratches/marks on the door nor locks (someone had a key as per police) and expect to have cash and jewelry stolen when you're at work.They say it's tough luck, not their responsibility. They won't allow the lease to be broken despite these outrageous incidents (60 day waiting period and 2 month rent penalty totaling $11,200). Mind you it's not only me who experienced this after I spoke with other tenants.
Take a walk around the property first. Dog shit all over the place. Roses at Roseland Properties.
