I basically called them to tell them it's messed up that people spend $800 on curtains and then leave the installation in the hands of stupid people that don't have good client service.
Shade store should ask the client what time is convenient for THEM, then find an installer who is available
The client shouldn't have to worry about tracking/scheduling the installation.
We're too busy for this.

Over the past six years, I have installed shade store shades on almost a dozen interior spaces. If you are diligent with your dimensions, the ordering process is easy, the product is delivered labeled by window/room/space (if you provide this during the order in their helpful "label" space), and I have never found the product lacking in quality. These are not top of the line shades but are priced competitively for their quality. I have found the shipping to be extremely reliable (unfortunately it appears like all situations there are exceptions). Recommended.

I have ordered blinds from other reputable web-sites and have never experienced in all my online shopping the type of customer service I recieved at the shade store, it was phenomenal. As soon as I ordered my samples my very own sales person contacted me via e-mail to offer her help should I need it, and from then on I think I contacted her about 20 times to help with my order and each time she replied quickly and with a very helpful attitude, I never felt once like I bothered her. My blinds came 2 days later for my roller and 7 days later for my panel and fit and installed perfectly (unlike others I measured myself with my husbands help and had them installed by my contractor). It seems from other reviews that most issues occur when using their installers. My advice would be to follow online instructions (e.g- leave an inch gap for panels from floor) and ask your sales consultant a lot of questions :-) The finished product looks great and I am extremely impressed they are environmentally conscious and made in the US.

False Advertising! There website says that roman shades will ship in 10 days or less. However, when my shades didn't show up, I called the company and was informed that they wouldn't ship for another 3 weeks. Very frustrating. I chose this company based on their quick turn around and they lied to get my business. Simply not acceptable. There are plenty of other shade companies that can have my business next time.

Blinds I ordered broke and fell to the floor one week after being installed. Took two months to schedule a repair and replacement. Customer service in the scheduling department was pretty bad they would schedule repairs and not show up. Plenty of attitude over the phone. Won't ever use these crap merchants again.
