Started selling made in China fake shoes. I have been shopping here for 6 years and buy boots here every year. This year, I bought a $500 pair of boots only to take them home and discover a made in china sticker had been removed (left an imprint). And they weren't even real suede. When I attempted to return them the store clerk insulted me 2x yelling at me "why am I being so difficult" and also went in the back to discuss with the salesman if it was worth it to them. I heard them say I "only" buy 1 pair a year from them so the final decision was no return. Could not value customers less. Horrible customer service. And the quality is definitely not what it was.
