Do not move here!! Management and the leasing office do not care about you at all. Can't tell you how many times I called or went to the leasing office during hours they "claim" they are open and no one picks up the phone or no one is in the office. The people who run this place are a bunch of degenerates. Expecting a package? Don't count on being notified right away when it arrives!! Shower broken and put in a rush request to get fixed? Good luck bc you'll have to wait 2 full days! The absolute worst - beware!!!

Nice apartments so close to NYC

This place is great - if you enjoy living in a frat. The walls are super thin, there are tons of Stevens students in here now. They are constantly playing loud and obnoxious bass with either dubstep or video games. You can try to knock on the doors, but they wont answer you. Management sent a letter around saying not to do, but do you think they listened to that? Nope. Multiple other requests have led to no action being taken. I prefer not to live in a place where my room is constantly vibrating and I have to listen to BOOM BOOM BOOM all day. It would be one thing if this was a problem and management had taken care of it, but they simply sent a written warning and then state they have taken care of the problem.

Not to mention if you live on the top floors, you are sweating and never have to use the heat. The A/C will be running 24/7 during the summer though. I'm assuming the lower floors are about the opposite.

Worst PLace ever!! Dont ever move there. You will lose your complete 1 month deposit and they will charge you for every single possible thing. Management is horrible. Maintenance guy is trying to make you pay for fixing things around in the apartment. Also the shuttle is horrible, the driver slam on the break and you will get nausea every time you take the shuttle.

It's become a college frat house with Stevens students moving in! Managament is terrible, and charged us for cleaning our apartment when moving out when the apartment was spotless PLUS that is there responsiblity for a new tentant moving in! Do not sign here!
